It’s tough. I would like to blog about all my homebrewing endeavors but it is difficult to do so. I mean at what point do you blog about the beer is the question that I always have to ask myself. Do I blog when I have finished boiling the wort and the everything is in the primary fermentor? Do I blog when I have bottled the beer? How about after 2-4 weeks the the beer has been in the bottle and I have tried it? It is always a tough choice. In the past I have written up a little short something when when the beer is in the primary and then just added as things went on. That is worked…sort of. So far I have done three more brews without blogging about them. Bad blogger/homebrewer I guess.

@nickmickolas – Well I usually head up to Beer Necessities up in Alpharetta but there are actually several stores around Atlanta (one even in Lilburn). I just use to going to them so that is where I go.
